1 tbs Chia Seeds
1 tbs Raw Cacao Nibs
1 tbs Goji Berries
1 tbs Bee Pollen (optional, exclude if vegan)
1 med size banana
1 scoop Mega Green Mix or blue green algae or wheat grass
1/2-1 tsp
medicated cannabis coconut oil (if desired)
