Sarah Diesel has been a medical cannabis patient since 2003 and a committed cannabis advocate/activist in Los Angeles since 2005. She believes patients deserve high quality affordable and/or donated medicine. Most of her time is dedicated to educating the public about the many benefits of medical cannabis as well as some of the unconventional methods of ingesting it.
Sarah endorsed Prop 19 that was on the November 2010 ballot. She wore a shirt to prove it at POT IS HOT.ORG.
Sarah was a Medical Cannabis Collective Manager and Patient Consultant (Bud-tender) from 2005-2009.
In the Spring of 2008 she was asked to join the Oaksterdam UniversityStaff. In between facilitating weekend seminars and instructing the Civics 101 and Patient Relations 102 classes at Oaksterdam University, she produced the 2010 "Pin Ups for Patients" Calendar as a fundraiser for GLACA, Americans for Safe Access (ASA), and ovarian/breast cancer research foundations.
Sarah also volunteers as the secretary for GLACA - the Greater Los Angeles Collectives Alliance. She is a regular participant at LA City Council hearings, plans and attends demonstrations in Southern California, and helps steer the evolving medical cannabis movement in Los Angeles.
In 2009 Sarah became an endorser for vegan and cannabis products such as Natural Relief's medical cannabis topical and lotion.
In her spare time during Summer 2009 she was the co-host for Season 1 of the television show 'Cannabis Planet.'
January 2010 Sarah added Published Columnist to her long list of métiers. You can find her advice column on love, life and the pursuit of cannabis in Culture Magazine.
June 2010 she revealed the new Sarah Diesel in the centerfold of Rosebud magazine.
Numerous TV programs have interviewed her, including international stations in Germany and France.
July 2010 SKUNK magazine featured her as one the '100 Most Influential Women in Weed' while putting her on the cover and revealing everything about her cannabis career.
